I used to camp in front of my parents cabin all summer. It was a two bedroom cabin and my brother got the second bedroom so I was happy to camp in the front yard with the breeze from the lake blowing my tent up like a balloon. I used my dad’s 2 man winter mountain tent from when he was in the service. It had long tunnels leading to the main area and tunnel air vents at the top corners. With the wind from the lake it would blow up and without my sleeping bag it would have taken off like a kite. It was my private place to hide out.
