Here’s another Interesting Thing Just for You post! This time I’m covering Jessica Kellgren-Fozard, a YouTuber who covers such topics as disabilities and LGBT rights.
She’s interesting to me, not only because she’s charming and funny, but because she has the same genetic disorder I do: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It took quite a few years to diagnose her correctly, and unfortunately this is very common for this disorder.
But she’s charming and upbeat and funny, and you can find her here.
I love that she includes her wife in her videos, and I adore her classic style of clothing, make up, and hair. She’s saucy and fun, and she makes me smile even when her topics are heavy. She often does side comments as she’s talking that are snarky with a bit of bite.
She supports herself off of her YouTube page, which puts her on equal footing with her wife despite her disability, and I really like that.
So if you’re interesting, you can check her out here.
Do you have any disability bloggers that you follow? Inquiring minds want to know!
