Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate it.
I may be 36, but you know what I can’t resist doing every Easter?
Colored eggs!
I don’t buy kits; I use food coloring for the dye. You can see in the photo below I couldn’t find my egg… wire… thingie. So I used one of those things you use to separate egg yolks from egg whites. And of course, I used my Instapot to cook them quickly and easily.

I wasn’t hugely creative this year, but my husband and I took turns on the eggs, holding them in oven mitts because they were a tad too hot coming out of the pot.
Here’s the result:

I’ll have to get a new set of food coloring for next year since the red is almost gone.
