I’m a fan of Taylor Swift, and she dropped a CD a few weeks ago with no warning. I bought it, of course. There were apparently different versions for collectors, but I don’t care about anything but the music.
It had a cute surprise in the packaging which is great personal touch for her brand.

Cute star cut outs! Three different colors, and I initially dropped them all over the floor because I wasn’t expecting them.
It’s a cute personal touch, and it made me smile.
