The next place we went after the gold tour was the Museum of Geology at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
It had both minerals AND fossils, and I took a million photos, but here’s a few. We LOVED it, would absolutely recommend going there, but they’re only open during the week.
Wish I had brought my Geiger Counter! Sad sad.
