I mentioned before that I had started a Keto Meal Plan from Wholesome Yum, and so far it’s going well. It’s really nice to not have to figure out what to cook! Here’s the newest update.
I’m still finding that her plan has far more food than I need in it, so I chose fewer dishes this time.
I made the muffins again:
I only did blueberry this time, and as I mentioned before I kind of burnt them. They were dry but still tasty.
And the best dish of the week was Keto pizza! I haven’t had any successes with fathead dough before, but I recently ordered some Pyrex bowls that could go in the microwave, and the dough came out easily this time!
It was delicious AND pretty!
I at this for three days – so yummy! It was even okay cold.
So I’d say this week was a success too. I’ll keep you up to date!
What keto dishes do you like? Have you tried a meal plan? Inquiring minds want to know! *smile*

That pizza looks amazing!! I had a frozen pizza last night from Trader Joe’s that had a cauliflower crust and it wasn’t the prettiest, but it actually tasted really good. I was pleasantly surprised!
Sadly, there’s no Trader Joe’s within 100 miles of us. I hear so much about how awesome they are!
