Did some meal prep and thought you’d like to take a look.
I used a variant of this recipe from Pioneer Woman but excluded the sweet peppers.
I ended up with eight containers full after we had eaten some:
And they juuuuust fit in the freezer. This is right before I put the last two in:
Do you see the cranberries? I love them SO much that I buy a bunch at Thanksgiving and make them all year round. They’re one of my favorite foods!
It was a fair bit of work cooking (sorry, no photos!) this and then I had to wait for it to cool before I could ladle it out.
It was delicious though, and now life is that much easier.
