With the cooler weather this week, I pulled old plants and planted anew for my fall garden.
They’re coming up!
Radishes coming up! The carrots take a little longer. *smile*
Beans!
The peas aren’t quite ready yet.
ALL THE LETTUCE! Along with some stragglers that self seeded.
This tower is swiss chard, onions, and perpetual spinach, which is a different kind of chard that grows tender leaves and doesn’t bolt.
I had to support some of my watermelon where they hung over the side of the straw bales.
Amaranth! Isn’t it lovely?
And we’re waiting on sunflowers to bloom.
There’s still various cucumber and tomatoes coming in, but my fall garden is planted and ready to go!
