Literally the day before Tundra passed, we had a storm system sweep through.
Tundra was usually nervous during storms and would tip over water buckets, but this time he suddenly jumped up and tried to tip over my husband’s wheelchair, which was unusual.
After the storm passed we discovered what he had been trying to tell us – a massive chunk of our tree had come down on the neighbor’s fence and golf cart. He was like GUYS SOMETHING ACTUALLY HAPPENED THIS TIME!
He was right.

So I ran over and told them right away and since then it has been an insurance game of ‘the OTHER neighbor’s insurance should pay’ which is STUPID because it’s MY tree. Obviously my liability, it fell out of my property onto theirs.

And for about a week, I just didn’t have the oomph to deal with insurance, not with our puppy dying. But now I have to get back onto dealing with this.
Frustrating.
Any advice for getting my insurance to pony up?
